The factory WRX engine bay is a sea of boring black plastic. The COBB Tuning Redline Carbon Fiber Intake changes the game completely. The main airbox isn't just a plastic shell with a sticker; it is constructed from multiple layers of real 2x2 Twill Carbon Fiber. It catches the light perfectly, resists UV fading, and tells everyone at the meet that you didn't cut corners on your build.

Subaru MAF sensors are notoriously sensitive to turbulence. If the air is "choppy" hitting the sensor, the car drives poorly. COBB engineers solved this with a custom Velocity Stack and an integrated air flow straightener grid. This smooths the incoming air, allowing for precise metering, a stable idle, and consistent power delivery across the entire RPM band. The high-temp composite housing also sheds heat faster than standard aluminum intakes, keeping the intake charge cool.
