Fitment Note: Designed specifically for the OEM R32, R33, and R34 RB26DETT intake manifold. Verify your manifold is stock or dimensionally compatible before ordering. 

Specifications

This fuel rail does not include fittings. The Radium 20-0217-PK plumbing kit is required for a complete bolt-on installation and is sold separately. If reusing the OEM fuel pressure regulator, the Radium 20-0303 FPR adapter is also required and sold separately. The upper injector bores are machined to the common 11mm Denso ID and are compatible with any aftermarket injectors that share the same OEM fitment dimensions. Contact your injector manufacturer to confirm compatibility. FKM O-rings for OEM injectors (x6) are included. If running aftermarket injectors, do not use the included O-rings and source appropriate O-rings from your injector supplier instead. The 1/8-inch NPT female gauge port can accept a fuel pressure gauge or sensor, or be plugged. Thermal insulating spacers and washers are included to isolate the fuel rail from heat transfer through the manifold. Compatible with all fuel types including E85 and other alcohol blends.

This product is not CARB compliant and is not legal for sale or street use in California or other CARB-regulated states. .

Ports and Fittings

This fuel rail features three 8AN ORB ports, two located at the ends and one in the middle. It also features one 1/8NPT port.

• Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

Fuel Injector Compatibility

• This fuel rail is compatible with factory or OEM equivalent fuel injectors. If upgrading fuel injectors, consult your aftermarket injector supplier for details. Radium Engineering cannot specify any further injector dimensions other than stating ‘OEM equivalent’.

Product Description

This 89-02 Nissan Skyline GT-R fuel rail is designed specifically for OEM (R32/R33/R34) RB26DETT intake manifolds. Manufactured with a large 0.69" internal bore, the fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements. The rail is CNC machined from a custom 6063 aluminum extrusion and black anodized and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. 

For thermal insulation, press-fit machined spacers and washers are included to completely isolate the fuel rail from heat transfer via the manifold and mounting bolts, as shown.

The rail is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.

As shown below, the front, rear, and center ports use 8AN ORB (3/4"-16 O-ring threads) to accept many adapter fittings for custom high flow fuel system builds. 

If the OEM fuel pressure regulator will be reused, select the 20-0303 FPR Adapter. The gauge port has 1/8" NPT female threads commonly used for a fuel pressure gauge/sensor or it can simply be plugged. For 1/8" NPT fittings. For a Radium fuel pressure gauge.
